Gluten Free

Delectable

While experiencing a wonderful meal last night I couldn’t help but admire the early evening sunlight and colors surrounding me. Sometimes food can be so beautiful that you don’t even want to eat it. [Pachanga Patterson—Astoria, New York]

Anti-Theft Brownies

This seems like a good way to make sure no one eats any brownies before Easter dinner.

Borough Market; London, England

On Thursdays (11am-5pm), Fridays (12pm-6pm) and Saturdays (8am-5am) London’s Southwark Street, in Southeast, opens its streets and marketspaces for the weekly Borough Market. Filled with all types of food for every palette, the market offers delicious items from produce, spices, meats and cheeses, to baked goods and candies. Many of the vendors are local and have great pride in the items they sell. It is definitely a market to visit on any trip to London. It is a cultural experience of the tastebuds far beyond anything a restaurant can offer. Aside from the delicious samples, the market also produces some fantastic imagery — from signage to the food itself. Enjoy!

Dining at 35,000 Feet

I received this wonderful Gluten Free meal on my Virgin Atlantic flight to London.
Lemon chicken with vegetables, rice cakes, fruit salad, salad, Pepsi, and red wine.

On the way back I even got a gluten free roll with my meal and an apple cobbler, along with some Gü chocolate mousse! I never thought I would enjoy airline food so much. Thanks Virgin!
